Lochlan Dulson Director
Lochlan is the founder and director of LSH Forestry, a consultancy specialising in the design and delivery of high-impact woodland creation and management projects across the UK. With a background in practical forestry and environmental stewardship, Lochlan supports landowners, farmers, agents, and public bodies in accessing grants and establishing sustainable, climate-resilient woodlands.
Lochlan is also a director of People Plant Trees and Cumbria Woodlands, reflecting his commitment to sustainable woodlands, public engagement and environmental education.
Jonathan Halls Forestry Consultant
Jon came to forestry from a career as an illustrator, making work that asked how we value nature in contemporary society. He holds a first-class BSc in Woodland Ecology and Conservation from the University of Cumbria, and volunteered on an RSPB research project exploring woodland expansion in the North Pennines AONB.
At LSH Forestry, Jon develops woodland management plans, environmental impact assessments, and woodland creation schemes. His background in ecology shapes how he approaches site assessment and species identification.
